SHIPPING

Each order will be shipped out within 3-6 business days from the time you placed your order. For US orders, once your order is shipped, please allow an additional 2-5 business days to receive your order. We currently ship to the US, UK, Ireland and Canada. 

Shop Little Dude does not collect duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees UNPAID. Shop Little Dude cannot currently determine what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies. 

Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerages fees on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees.  

The estimated delivery times for international packages varies depending on the country. If you have any more questions regarding your international shipment, feel free to reach out to us at info@shoplittledude.com

RETURNS

You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We do not offer refunds on discounted or final sale items. Each item must be in unused condition, free of odors, pet hair and must have the tags still attached and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees back to us. Once your order is returned to our facility and is found to be in new condition, we will then issue you a refund. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to refund your order. We do not offer exchanges. When placing your order you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the baby clothes separately to prevent dirt from other clothes from settling on the baby's clothes. We highly recommend all clothing items to be hand washed or washed on delicate cycle with mild detergent. Some items such as knitted-wear should be laid flat to dry.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item(s) is received with damages, those damages must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order. All damages require a picture that shows what is damaged and an explanation to ensure proper receipt. Please email info@shoplittledude.com. Only damaged item(s) will receive return labels. We will send a replacement for the defective item(s). If the item(s) are sold out we will issue a refund. No refunds will be issued past the 2 business day mark.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Shop Little Dude does not have the capability to stop and cancel or change an order once it placed. This causes bottle necks in our shipping process and errors occur. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. No exceptions. Please make sure your item(s), size & style is what you ordered. If an exception is made per our policy, the cancelled order will receive store credit. No refunds issued!

 LOST PACKAGES

Once we ship your package, we are no longer responsible for your package. Although it is rare, we do not issue any refunds for mis-delivered packages, this is why we provide you the tracking numbers and offer our Route Package Protection at checkout! Please contact your local post office if you don't receive your package even though it shows as delivered, the post office may have made a mistake while delivering the package. Please, only agree to this term before you make any purchase.
